For over 15 years, young emerging college and university artists have learned from Robert Miller. The artist specializes in ceramics, particularly large-scale vessels of 7 feet or larger. And he gives back to as a mentor to young artists through UCLA, where he is as an instructor in the art of ceramics. Miller’s own style was honed as an Artist-In-Residence in Shigraki, Japan, and his work has been exhibited throughout the U.S., Canada and Asia. Back home in Los Angeles, he has owned two art galleries, including Miller Durazo Contemporary Artists Projects, designed to showcase young emerging talent.
